CU Phone 24-Hour Audio Response Teller
CU-Phone is cPort Credit Union's 24-hour audio response teller. With CU-Phone you can access your account information, make transfers and more... 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You'll receive fast, up-to-date account information any time, any place, with this convenient and FREE time-saving service.
Our CU Phone procedures have changed as a result of our recent technology upgrade and remains a convenient way for you to track and manage your cPort Credit Union accounts. When logging into the CU Phone system, you must now enter our institution code, which is 132.
You Can Use CU-Phone to Access Information About Your Accounts, including:
- Account balances
- Deposit amounts
- Check clearings
- Loan balances
- Loan payment amounts and due dates
Complete Financial Transactions such as:
- Account-to-account transfers
- Withdraw funds by check
- Transfer funds to pay on a loan
- Cross-member transfers
Complete Other Functions including:
- Reorder checks
- Place stop payments
- Change your personalized access code
Getting Started:
Our CU Phone procedures have changed as a result of our recent technology upgrade. In order to sign up for CU Phone, contact a Member Service Representative at your local branch.
- To log into the system dial one of the following numbers 1-888-306-0033 or 207-878-6214.
- When prompted to enter the 3-digit credit union identifier number 132 followed by the # (pound) key
- Press option desired:
- To Select An Account..............Press 1
- To Transfer Money ................Press 2
- For All Account Balances ..........Press 3
- More Choices ......................Press 4
- When prompted, please enter your Member Number followed by the # (pound) key.
- When prompted please enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN) followed by the #(pound) key.
