You'll receive fast, up-to-date account information any time, any place, with this convenient and FREE time-saving service.
You Can Use CU-Phone to Access Information About Your Accounts, including:
- Account balances
- Deposit amounts
- Check clearings
- Loan balances
- Loan payment amounts and due dates
Complete Financial Transactions such as:
- Account-to-account transfers
- Withdraw funds by check
- Transfer funds to pay on a loan
- Cross-member transfers

Getting Started:
Using your touch-tone phone, you can start using CU-Phone right away. All you will need is your member number and access code. Your pre-assigned access code is the last four digits of your Social Security number. The first time you use CU-Phone you will be prompted to change your access code to a number of your choice. The access code must be four to eight digits long and cannot contain any part of your Social Security number.
