On Tuesday, February 11 cPort will be upgrading our eBanking platform. In addition to a cleaner digital experience, and more robust business banking functionality, here are some exciting new online banking features you can expect to see with the upgrade:

  • Smarter security features
  • Stop Pay
  • Principal Only Loan Payments
  • Ability to view non-cPort Accounts

**Important dates and potential action items to keep in mind as we approach the February 11 launch**:

Actions Needed Before Wednesday, February 5:

  • Log into eBanking to view and adjust (if necessary) all external transfers and bill payments based on the schedule below:
    • Bill pay:
      • Any payments scheduled for February 4 – February 5 will process normally
      • Any payments scheduled for February 6 – February 10 will not be processed until February 11
    • External transfers:
      • External transfers will stop processing on February 5
      • You will need to re-send any missed transfers when you log onto the updated eBanking on February 11

Wednesday, February 5:

  • Beginning at noon:
    • Bill Pay, External Transfers, and Pay-A-Friend will all be in read only mode and you will not be able to make any changes

What’s This Mean for You?

You will only be able to access certain eBanking features in read only mode, and you will not be able to make any changes to your account. During this time, you will be unable to edit any future dated transfers or recurring transfers until the new eBanking system goes live.

Things You Can Still Access After February 5:

  • One-time transfers within your account
  • Log in to your account
