Everyone has a lot on their plates right now as we adapt to the new norm. You might be trying to manage your workload from home, caring for children or family on top of a million other routine tasks. It might even seem like there aren’t enough days in the week to accomplish all your goals with typical errands requiring more time and effort than they have in the past. Like you, we at cPort are also busier than ever with call volume up a whopping 79% from this same time last year.

Don’t worry, we are eager to answer all of your calls. But, there are times when lines are more open than others.

If you have a question about your cPort account, we are happy to take your call Mondays through Thursdays 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Fridays until 6 p.m. and Saturdays 8 a.m. – noon. Even though our branches are currently closed Saturdays, you can still call and speak with a Member Care Representative.

Pretty consistently, Mondays and Fridays are when we see the highest number of calls coming in. However, we are noticing our phone traffic has been a lot lower on Saturdays which means, if you need assistance with your account, Saturday might be the best time to call and the least chance of having to wait on hold to speak with someone. Saturday is perfectly centered between the end of the busy week, and right before the bustle of the coming week.
