There Are Many Ways to Bank
In an effort to honor our commitment to serving your banking needs during this evolving crisis, on Monday, March 16, we temporarily suspended in-branch banking at all of our locations. However, we will be here for you the following ways:
Drive-Thru Windows: While in-branch banking is suspended, transactions can be performed using our drive-thru windows at all cPort branches except the Middle Street, Portland location. We encourage our Middle Street members to use the Forest Ave or Riverside drive-thru windows. To ensure safety, tellers at these locations have been trained to practice the hygiene and sanitation recommendations put forth by the CDC.
eBanking Platform: You can perform virtually all banking transactions online including check deposits with our eBanking platform at cportcu.org. In addition, you can download our mobile app.
Member Care: We are happy to help you on the phone at 1-800-464-0253 during our normal business hours, Monday through Saturday. We have allocated additional staff to handle an increase in phone calls to our Member Care center.
ATM Access & SURF Network: Easy 24 hour access to your money is available at ATMs located at every cPort branch and over 265 SURF Network locations. All of our branch ATMs are equipped to accept cash and check deposits during and outside of normal business hours.
Loans and Account Needs: We can still provide you with all your loan or new account needs by calling Member Care at 1-800-464-0253 or visiting cportcu.org to apply. We will communicate with you quickly on all of your requests.
Secure Night Drop Boxes: A secure night drop box is located at every cPort branch and is available 24 hours for you.
