You’ve got questions? We’ve got answers! To provide the best financial experience for our members, we are sharing the top questions you ask when you call us.

Account Balance Reminders

The most popular call-in request folks have is to receive a balance reminder. The fastest way to check your balance is through cPort’s eBanking platform. Another quick and easy way to get balance information is to call the CUphone 1-888-306-0033. This is cPort Credit Union’s 24-hour audio response teller. Day or night you can get your balance.

Debit Card Issues

Card not working? Need your limit raised? Questions about a charge? Just a few of the debit card questions our Member Care team routinely hears. When you call us at 1-800-464-0253 you can speak to someone directly about your debit card. Select “option 2” if we are closed and you’ll be connected with card support staff, our after-hours team.

eBanking Questions

There is so much to do on the cPort eBanking Platform that it’s easy to get stuck! Sometimes, the best place to get eBanking help is right in the application. You can easily email our specialists a question in the message center. Or, take a look at our handy eBanking guide that we’ve translated into five languages. [English, Portuguese, Spanish, French and Arabic]

Loan Inquiries

We’re always happy to talk to you about a new loan! We have over a dozen different types of loans to meet your needs. From mortgages to wedding loans to business and student loans, most likely we’ve got a loan that is just right for you. To see cPort’s list of loans visit https://www.cportcu.org/loans/. When you are ready, you can apply right online.

Suspicious Activity

If you suspect fraud on your account, call us right away at Member Care 1-800-464-0253 or CUPhone(24-Hour Audio Response Teller): 1-888-306-0033. Your financial security is our highest priority.
