Our branches will be closed and certain banking services, including eBanking, will be unavailable as we conduct our internal system upgrade.

As part of cPort Credit Union's commitment to providing you with the best financial products and services, we will be conducting an upgrade to our internal banking systems over Labor Day Weekend. During this period, certain banking services will be unavailable.

Plan accordingly and complete critical transactions such as rent payments before the Labor Day Weekend System Upgrade. We understand that this may cause an inconvenience to our valued members; however, this system upgrade is essential as we strive to enhance our technology and deliver an exceptional financial experience to you.

Banking Services Unavailable: System Upgrade Schedule


Start:
Friday, August 30 at 4 PM
End: Tuesday, September 3 at approximately 2 PM

IMPORTANT: We suggest you complete critical transactions such as rent payments before the upgrade begins.


Friday, August 30 at 4 PM
Debit card transactions will no longer be added to your transaction history in eBanking. The following services will also be unavailable:

  • Account balances or deposits at the ATM
  • CUPhone
  • Bill Pay
  • Shared Branching

Saturday, August 31 at 3 PM

Certain banking services will be unavailable through Tuesday, September 3 at approximately 2:00 PM. This includes, but may not be limited to:

  • Mobile and Desktop eBanking

Tuesday, September 3, at approximately 2 PM
We anticipate all banking services will be restored and all cPort branches will be open by this time. Once the upgrade is completed, we will notify members by email.

Member Care Extended Hours

If you have any questions regarding your account balance or need assistance with a purchase, please contact us during our extended support hours by calling us at 1-800-464-0253, emailing us at [email protected], or by using our online chat support service available on this website.

cPort Member Care Representatives will be available per the following extended support schedule starting on Friday, August 30:

Friday, August 30 through Monday, September 2
8:00 AM until midnight

Tuesday, September 3 through Friday, September 6
8:00 AM until 8:00 PM 

Impacted Services During The Labor Day Weekend System Upgrade

Online eBanking and the cPort Mobile App
All cPort online eBanking services and the cPort Mobile App will be unavailable.

Debit Cards
Throughout the upgrade, you can continue to make purchases using your cPort Debit Card. However, please ensure you only spend what is available in your account as of Friday, August 30 at 4:00 PM. As always, you will be responsible for any overdrafts that occur. Please also be aware that daily spending limits will be in place. 

 cPort Branch ATMs
You can use cPort Branch ATMs to withdraw money during the Labor Day Weekend System Upgrade. However, account balances won't be available and you won't be able to make deposits.

CUPhone
cPort's CUPhone automated phone system will be unavailable as we perform system upgrades. We encourage you to complete any urgent transactions in advance.

Shared Branching
Shared branching services will be unavailable for all cPort Credit Union accounts.
