Life doesn't always make it easy to get to a branch. cPort provides a secure and easy way to bank from anywhere. Within eBanking, you can access your accounts, pay your bills, view statements, and pay a friend, whenever it's convenient for you.
Register a New Account
- Complete the online form by visiting the eBanking registration page.
- To register for online banking, you will need your member number, Social Security number, and birth date.
Logging In
- On desktop devices, login from any page using the orange "eBanking Login" button at the top right.
- On mobile devices, tap the orange "eBanking Login" button.
Monitor your credit score and protect your identity on a daily basis.
cPort Credit Union has partnered with SavvyMoney to bring members free credit score monitoring whenever they log into eBanking on a computer or mobile device.

eBanking FAQs
To change your eBanking password:
Step 1: Log into your eBanking account.
Step 2: Click on your name in the top right-hand corner of your screen and select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: In the Settings menu, select "Security".
Step 4: There will be a "Security Information" section that will allow you to change your password by selecting the pencil icon.
Step 5: Enter your current password, the new one you would like to change it to, and then confirm the new password.
Step 6: Hit the "Save Changes" button to finish changing your password.

On top of that we offer Security and Account Alerts by email and/or text message! To enable Alerts:
- Login to eBanking
- Select "Settings" from the username dropdown
- Click on the Alerts Tab
- Locate the notification you'd like to receive as an alert
- Click the Cog wheel to begin setup
- Select the accounts to receive the alert for
- Select the communication method
- Click Save
You can transfer money from one account to another account using eBanking. To complete a transfer:
Step 1: Log into your eBanking account.
Step 2: Under the "Transfer & Pay" drop-down menu, select "Transfers".
Step 3: From the "To Account" option, select "Add an account" from the drop-down menu list.
Step 4: Choose the option for another cPort member by selecting "Internal Account" and if it is another account at a different financial institution, you would select "External Account".
Step 5: Complete the prompted options to finish establishing the account you would like to transfer to.
Step 6: Refer back to the "Transfers" page and then select the account that was just added to begin a transfer to this account.

You can deposit checks using the cPort Mobile Check Deposit feature in the cPort Mobile App.
- Log in to the mobile app using your Online Banking Credentials.
- From the bottom menu navigation select Deposit Check.
- If this is your first time using cPort Mobile Check Deposit you will be asked to read and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Endorse the check
- Sign your Name
- Print the words "For cPort remote deposit only"
- Enter the check amount.
- Click the Account Name to change the account the check will deposit to.
- Click the "Take Photo" button.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to prepare the front of your check. When you're ready press continue.
- Take a photo of the front and back of your check.
- Review the information and press "Submit".

You can sign up to receive eStatements through eBanking.
Step 1: Sign into your eBanking account.
Step 2: Under the "Accounts" option in the top menu bar, select "eStatements" from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Click the orange button that states "Subscribe" (It would state Unsubscribe if you already enrolled).
Step 4: Read and agree to this disclosure.
Step 5: Open the PDF to verify the access code and enter the code where it is prompted.
Step 6: Hit the "Subscribe" button to subscribe for eStatements.

To change your phone number on record with cPort Credit Union update your information in your eBanking account:
Step 1: Sign into your eBanking profile
Step 2: Click on your name located in the top right-hand section of your screen.
Step 3: Select the "Settings" option from the drop-down menu.
Step 4: Under the Settings page, click on the "Contact" menu option.
Step 5: Locate the Phone Numbers portion of the Contact page and select the pencil icon to edit.
Step 6: Once you are finished, hit the "Save Changes" button to finish editing your phone number.

To access Bill Pay through eBanking, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Sign into your eBanking account.
Step 2: Click "Bill Pay" from the drop-down menu under "Transfer & Pay".
Step 3: Please read and agree to the Bill Pay disclosure, if you have not already done so.
Bill Pay is a free service offered to our members through eBanking. It allows you to set up one-time or monthly bill payments so that you never miss a due date!
Login to eBanking and follow the steps below to make a loan payment online:
Step 1: Once you have signed in, select the "Transfers" option from the drop-down menu found under "Transfers & Pay".
Step 2: In the "To Account" option, select the loan you wish the payment to be made and the account it is to be made from under the "From Account".
Step 3: You will then select the type of payment under the "Payment Type" button.
Step 4: Under the When section you will click on each button to select the frequency and date of the loan payment.
Step 5: Click the "Review Transfer" button to review and then "Submit Transfer" to submit the loan payment.

Yes! We offer text alerts to keep you updated on your balance, account activity, upcoming payments, and more!
Once you log into eBanking, simply:
Step1: Navigate to your Settings by clicking your name at the top.
Step 2: Select Contact from the top menu.
Step 3: Scroll until you find the Phone numbers section.
Step 4: Select the Pencil Icon and ensure that "I Would Like to Receive SMS Text Message to This Number" is checked for the phone number you wish to receive alerts.
