BSA/AML Specialist

We are currently accepting applications for a detail oriented, full-time BSA/AML Specialist. The ideal candidate will have prior banking experience and will be generally familiar with financial institutions’ BSA/AML requirements.

Essential Duties

• Manage ongoing enhanced due diligence and member risk ratings.
• Prepare SAR filings confidentially and accurately in a timely manner.
• Prepare and file CTRs.
• Review alerts and research related account and transaction activity.
• Answer questions from other departments.

• College degree or completed college coursework preferred.
• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements and familiarity with BSA/AML software platforms such as Verafin preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills.
• Demonstrated research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
