Branch Support Specialist

cPort Credit Union’s Finance Department is currently accepting applications for a detail-oriented, on-site, full-time Branch Support Specialist. This position requires the ability to multitask, prioritize multiple duties, research, and problem-solve any issues that may arise. This position may require one Saturday every other month on a rotating basis.


Essential Duties

The primary focus of the Branch Support Specialist will be to support cPort's five branches with questions and requests pertaining, but not limited, to the following areas:

  • Remote Deposit Capture
  • Research Requests including statements, check images, receipts.
  • IRA/HSA
  • Account maintenance
  • Certificates of Deposit
  • Outgoing/Returned mail

This position will also be responsible for charging off checking and savings accounts, specialty account review, and assisting the overall Finance department as needed. Responsibilities are expected to grow over time.

Location

This position will be located at our Main Office in Portland.


Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Episys is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Education

College degree or completed college coursework preferred.
