Paid Operations Internship Opportunity - Summer 2023

cPort Credit Union’s Finance Department is currently accepting applications for a detail-oriented, on-site, full-time Operations intern. This position requires the ability to multitask, prioritize multiple duties, research, and problem-solve any issues that may arise.

Essential Duties:

The primary focus of the Operations Intern will be to support cPort's five branches with questions and requests pertaining, but not limited, to the following areas:

• Remote Deposit Capture
• Research Requests including statements, check images, receipts.
• IRA/HSA
• Account maintenance
• Certificates of Deposit
• Outgoing/Returned mail.

This position will also be responsible for assisting with charging off checking and savings accounts, specialty account review, and assisting the overall Finance department as needed. Responsibilities may grow over time.

• • Time commitment - up to 40 hours per week.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with Episys is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
