Call Center Associate - Starting at $25/hr
cPort Credit Union is currently accepting applications for a full-time Call Center Associate to work in our Member Care Department. This position is responsible for answering incoming calls, addressing incoming member emails in a timely manner, responding to member messaging and inquiries, dispersing online loan applications, and assisting the members with their broad range of needs. This position requires the ability to provide excellent member/customer service, computer knowledge, ability to multi-task and attention to detail. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a member/customer-focused environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Addressing incoming member emails in a timely manner.
- Responding to member messaging and inquiries.
Location
Requires initial in office training. This position has the ability to be hybrid.
Saturday hours are required for this position.
