Enhanced Pay-A-Friend Now Available

We are excited to share that the enhanced Pay-A-Friend eBanking widget is now available. The updated widget has the same functionality as before but with new features and advancements to improve your experience using the tool.

Included in the enhanced Pay-A-Friend eBanking widget:

  • Enhanced security
  • Saved payment information
  • Recurring payments
  • Cancellation ability

Security Changes:
The most notable change you will see when adding a payee for the first time is that you will need to create a Security Question and Answer. This is something you will share with the payee and will only need to be answered by the payee when they accept their payment for the first time or if they change their payment method. You can change or update the Security Question and Answer at any time.

Never make your Security Question and Answer personal information.

Saved Payment Methods:
When a payee is first sent funds, they will be prompted to pick how they want to be paid. Whether via debit card, Member to Member, or overnight bank transfer. The recipient will only need to fill this out once. Going forward, when funds are sent, they will be automatically deposited into the preferred funding method.

No more filling out information every time money is received!

Recurring and Scheduled Payments:
Enjoy the ease of setting up payments ahead of time.

Cancel payments:
Scheduled a payment that no longer needs to go out? Under activity, you are now able to see your scheduled payments and cancel as needed.
