    Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide exceptional member service. Deliver professional and personable service to members during virtual meetings, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Accurately handle cash transactions. Process deposits, withdrawals, and payments with precision, utilizing advanced virtual teller systems.
  • Maintain and balance recyclers and cash drawers. Ensure accurate reconciliation to uphold financial integrity.
  • Assist members with account-related inquiries and issues. Address concerns and provide solutions to enhance member satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with credit union policies and regulations. Adhere to all applicable rules, guidelines, and best practices in every transaction and interaction.
  • Build relationships. Engage with members virtually while fostering connections with coworkers and the community at large.
