Director of Marketing - Portland

cPort Credit Union is currently seeking a proven dynamic team player for the Director of Marketing position. The Director Marketing of reports to the COO/CFO, and manages the Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Assistant, who collectively make up an efficient and effective department. cPort’s vision is to deliver the best financial experience to our members, and the marketing department champions the cPort brand to support the member experience and to tell cPort’s story to our larger community.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. The Director of Marketing will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.


Job Duties

  • Analyzing and tracking performance marketing performance metrics
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners
  • Producing content updates for and managing distribution of marketing materials including branch materials, cPort's quarterly newsletter, and member email and mail communications
  • Coordinating advertising campaigns with agency partners
  • Maintaining and enhancing reporting on marketing effectiveness in support of organizational goals; recommending strategies based on reporting data and industry trends
  • Proposing and creating engaging, effective content for cPort’s website and social media
  • Coordinating the cPort Career Aspirations Scholarship Program and supporting cPort’s community involvement efforts
  • Coordinating member appreciation events and cPort’s participation in community events

Location

This position will be located in Portland.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years' experience in marketing management
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Design and/or video editing experience is preferred
