Jennifer Bouchard Promoted to Senior Vice President of Member Experience at cPort

cPort Credit Union is pleased to announce Jennifer Bouchard’s promotion to Senior Vice President of Member Experience. Jennifer previously served as the Vice President of Branch Operations, where she successfully oversaw the operations of all five branches, with a sixth branch soon to be added. In her new role, Jennifer will expand her leadership to include Member Care, Digital Banking Services, Payment Operations, and Branch Support teams, ensuring that cPort continues to deliver exceptional experiences to its members. 

Jennifer joined cPort in 2020, bringing with her 20 years of banking experience from other institutions, working her way up from roles such as Teller to Vice President. Her breadth of experience and deep understanding of member-focused services make her an invaluable asset to our organization. Jennifer attended the New England College of Business, where she honed her expertise in the industry. 

Jennifer shares her vision for her new role: “ I am truly honored and excited to be promoted to Senior Vice President of Member Experience. This new role allows me to focus on providing the best financial experience for our members, ensuring their needs are met with excellence and dedication.
