I haven't had a reason for in person banking for years now, but when I visited the Forest Ave branch recently for something I wasn't able to do via the app I had a great experience working with Lorena. She was friendly, genuine, helpful and professional. Sometimes the extra time needed for an in person experience really does feel worth it!
