cPort Credit Union is thrilled to announce a new addition to our leadership team, Gina Pansire. With over a decade in retail banking, Gina brings invaluable industry knowledge to our Maine credit union.
Before joining cPort, Gina worked at Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase in various roles, including Teller, Relationship Banker, Relationship Manager, Financial Center Operations Manager, and Financial Center Manager. Gina holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Management.
Responsibilities as cPort’s Director of Training and Development
In her new role as Director of Training and Development, Gina will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive training programs for our employees. This includes onboarding new hires, enhancing employee skills, and providing ongoing professional development opportunities.
Gina’s passion for education and professional development makes her a perfect fit for cPort Credit Union. She is dedicated to helping employees reach their full potential and providing the tools they need to succeed at our local credit union.
