My experience with Audrey Norton at CPort Credit Union was amazing! She helped me with the entire auto loan process, start to finish. I have been a member for several years now and absolutely love this Augusta office. It has such a small town feel everybody knows your name. They’re always smiling, courteous, and helpful. Recently ran into some difficulties and went to see Ashley Cole at the Western Avenue branch. She made time to see me even though I didn’t have an appointment. She heard what was going on in my world and committed herself to helping me. She worked hard for me and got the job done when I didn’t think anybody could do anything with my situation. She is a gift, In the world we live in today. It is difficult to find someone so committed to people. Ashley is professional, diligent, honest and kind. I had a need for an emergency loan due to car repairs this past week. I was stressed and didn’t have a lot of time to make it work. Lucky for me I was able to work with Ashley Cole over at the Augusta branch. She had a great knowledge of her products and was able to help me over just a couple days.
